Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information All Your Dreams ("we", "us") collects when you use allyourdreams.org, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@allyourdreams.org.

Information we collect

• Account data — if you create an account, your email address and a securely hashed password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase; we never see your raw password).
• Order data — when you buy, our payment provider (Snipcart/Stripe) processes your name, email, billing details, and — for physical items — your shipping address. Card numbers are handled by the processor; we do not store them.
• Preorder / contact emails — if you reserve an upcoming product or contact us, we keep the email address you provide (via Formspree) to reply and to notify you at launch.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept by our host for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To create and operate your account and deliver your purchases.
• To process payments, provide license keys, and give support.
• To send transactional messages (order confirmations, launch notices you asked for). We do not sell your personal information.
• To keep the site secure and to comply with the law.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that make the store work, each acting as our processor:

• Supabase — accounts and authentication.
• Snipcart / Stripe — checkout and payments.
• Formspree — preorder and contact emails.
• [Your host — e.g. Cloudflare Pages / Vercel] — hosting and delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage for essential functions — keeping you signed in and remembering your cart. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@allyourdreams.org. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

Data retention & international transfers

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries; they maintain their own safeguards for international transfers.

Children

The store is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
