End-User License Agreement

This EULA is a contract between you and All Your Dreams for our software (each a "Plugin"). By downloading, installing, or using a Plugin, you accept it.

License granted

When you buy a Plugin we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it for the number of seats you purchased (e.g. "1 seat" = your own machines for your own use). The license is perpetual for the version you buy and includes updates as described on the product page. It is a license, not a sale of the software itself.

You may

• Install and use the Plugin on your own devices, up to your seat count.
• Use it to create audio and music, commercial or non-commercial, that you own — no additional royalty is owed to us.
• Make a backup copy for your own archival use.

You may not

• Share, resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the Plugin or your license key to anyone else.
• Publish, leak, or circumvent license keys, or remove or bypass any licensing or copy-protection.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
• Use the Plugin to build a competing product.

Ownership

We (and our licensors) retain all rights, title, and interest in the Plugins, including all intellectual property. You own the music and audio you make with them.

License keys & watermarking

Your license key is issued to you and may embed identifying information so leaks can be traced. Sharing or publishing a key is a material breach and may result in the key and license being revoked.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach it (for example, by sharing or pirating the Plugin). On termination you must stop using and delete the Plugin. Sections on ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive.

Warranty disclaimer & liability

The Plugins are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a Plugin will not exceed the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
